HEY, PHIL! Way ta go! Congratulations on the successful conclusion to what I know has been a long, trying process. Most especially I am glad I can now uncross my fingers, legs, arms and eyes and start walking around normally again! I know that Pico and Eli are also very relieved. No doubt, as the uncertainty dragged on they were meeting secretly to plan their options should they find it necessary to strike out on their own in the City by the Bay! Good Job.
